Looks like another rip off. His delaying tactics also worked on me. I could not make a claim through paypal, because he stalled me for to long. Let's just keep everybody aware he is a fraude and a thief.

HI all, the item I purchased off ebay (that did not arrive), I have just found on avsforum under the avatar of mv_cinema. The problem for mv_cinema is that the item he had pictures of on ebay had the word platinum added.?? If you look at his avatar photo on his album gallery on avsforum it is the same unit missing the word platinum.?? still a MSB Technology LS-1. The one on ebay was MSB Technology LS-1 Platinum??. If you google ebay MSB Technology LS-1 Platinum you will see the different picture. I have sent the pictures off. His mv_cinema gallery avatar photo on avsforum can be googled and will show the difference.

He has banned himself from the LDDB.........

There should be enough warning far and wide to reach even remote buyers all over fleabay ........

Just stay away from anything involving Portugal to be safe.

The best thing is he will be starting from zero feedback so most people would be careful and may steer clear of dealing in costly items with him. I will not be purchasing from Portugal myself. Not worth the time and effort.

I have contacted ebay and paypal to advise them that magic_80s is cararte. they will be taking appropriate action and alert the authorities. they can now see that he changes names evertime someone cottons on to his method of operation, i.e item lost, tracking number invalid, post office fault, will get money back from insurance, never does, will refund money, never does.
