Just an update. He has not paid me my refund as he promised. Just to keep you all aware of this liar. Avoid Ricardo Tomas!

He just sold the MSB LS-2 Platinum LaserDisc player on eBay, didn't he? I wonder how that transaction turned out for the buyer? He had it in his deluded mind that the player was based on an LX-900 when it was clearly made from an LX-600 - and he couldn't or wouldnt be convinced otherwise.

HI all, I am a large buyer of laserdiscs and players, I purchased the laserdisc player from ricardo tomas msb lsi platinum, as per previous reports on this site the following occurred,
goods did not arrive
was charged an extra 122 gbpounds after I purchased player for postage
tracking number invalid and post office was blamed
he stated total postage was 340 gbpounds to post economy
many excuses, no answers to questions
ebay refunded monies except for 122 gbpounds as done after he was paid for player and amount quoted on site for postage
he then guaranteed he would pay by the 10th february 2013 the 122 gbpounds
this did not occur

I hope you are going to leave him some negative feedback as he has 100% positive feedback on Ebay currently which is why so many people get conned by him.

because he delayed everything so long on ebay it passed the point of feedback being left, I was aware of this and had already spoken to ebay to leave some options open to me. The result will be far more "negative" to ricardo tomas. Also, authorities other than ebay have been called into action.
