How about the origianl CLV version...does anyone have any input on that in terms of picture quality...cut or uncut...Robocop (1987) [ID5168] there are two different version of the covers........

I know somebody that used to have that release. It's P&S, and the quality is nowhere near as good as the Criterion release.

Criterion clv version is among the best laserdiscs I've seen. Excellent video and audio. Its single disc with extras/commentary. You dont get gatefold cover but same cover art. I believe all other releases are p&s.
