Does anyone know where I might be able to find a copy of Psycho IV: The Beginning on Laserdisc? I actuelly really like this movie and consider it the only true follow up and backstory to the orignal Psycho.

I know you can find this as apart of a triple feature DVD pack (along with the other 2 dreadful sequels,) but that DVD edition is region locked and besides I have no interest in Psycho 2 or Psycho 3 anyway.

I have seen individual VHS copies around but my VCR no longer works and besides the quality would be too crappy..

So does anyone know where I might be able to buy the Laserdisc version?

Thanks.

It raises a interesting question through, because every release on every format of Psycho 4 seems to be fullscreen/pan & scan. I wonder why we haven't gotten a letterbox or 16:9 anamorphic version?

The most likely reason why there's no 16x9 version of it is, it was a made-for-cable movie. No need to the added expense of shooting widescreen when there was no then-forseeable reason to do it; they could have simply matted it if there was to be a foreign theatrical release down the road.
