Is it correct that this version Godfather Trilogy: 1901-1980 (1992) (Uncut) [LV15147-7] is not released on DVD or Blu-Ray? Is

No, I think that Godfather part 1 and 2 is open matte while part 3 is Pan&Scan because it was shot on Super35.

If true, then why does the box cover say "Widescreen Edition" and it is listed as letterboxed here on LDDB, this applies to the trilogy not neccessarily the re-ordered set.

The main subject was about the 1901-1980 version, he didn't ask about the original trilogy.

I'm also interested in a widescreen version of the original compilation/editing (Godfather Trilogy: 1901-1980 (1992) (Uncut) [LV15147-7], I have that).
Have seen no mention of it anywhere.
