Here we go:

I already have:

Blue Velvet (1986) [692 A/B] => back cover shows 692 A/B but it should have CC per cover
Blue Velvet (1986) [692 LV] => cover looks wrong (692 A/B) but this one has CC
Then this submit looks like the original release (no CC): https://www.lddb.com/laserdisc/submit/56033/692/Blue-Velvet

I can find 692 A/B on eBay (example) and also 692 here and here.

It looks like the sequence should be 692, 692 A/B, 692 LV?
Or is 692 LV simply LV and I got specs/mint marks crossed?

I have this version: Blue Velvet (1986) [692 LV]

However, the back cover picture does not match with how mine looks:
The left site background is blue, not gray.
And the ISBN/UPC barcode is at top right.
Mine comes from the DADC factory.

Yes, I will correct that soon ("cover looks wrong" above), it's from the A/B release.

Took me a while but we do have only 2 different releases as far as I can tell (with different covers):

Blue Velvet (1986) [692 A/B] is the 1991 first release, CC logo on front
Blue Velvet (1986) [692] is the 1993 remaster (Pioneer USA used a different master ID) that either comes with ISBN and UPC from 692 A/B on cover or got corrected with sticker (UPC part only)

(Cold) case closed.
