Here are some pics of my copy of this disc which I really struggled to find - took me 6 years and I've never seen another copy for sale anywhere. Front cover and the unusual gold coloured laserdisc - odd because it is NTSC: Notice no OBI, no insert and no Japanese writing anywhere on sleeve front or back: And here is the infamous HMV price sticker that came on the original factory wrap. The wrap was very dirty but the sleeve was like new so I chucked the wrap and just kept the price sticker as it gives a very strong clue this is a Hong Kong release since I cannot imagine this LD costing 300 USD. It must have been 300 HK dollars which would be roughly equivalent to $39 USD which seems more like a normal price when the disc was first available: Interesting to note the latest Van Halen lineup with David Lee Roth back in vocals 2012 are now signed to the same record company (Interscope) as No Doubt were at the time this laserdisc was released.

peti9 wrote: I sooo wish to have this disc! I hope to find it someday for a resonable price. How much did you pay for yours? I do believe there are lots of HK discs we do not know about at all. I paid about $100 USD a year ago. It came as part of a set of about 10 or so music laserdiscs so I suppose with shipping probably more like $200! I nearly missed it too, because there was no mention of it in the listing and the cover wasn't that obvious. The other LDs were nothing special. I agree about the HK discs. I acquired a new HK disc last week which I will post a pic of soon which I believe could be the rarest disc in my collection.
