Post subject:  Pioneer remote-control compatibility?

Hi, new CLD-D606 owner here. For once, my unit is working perfectly :-) but I lack the CU-CLD135 remote control, which makes it impossible to advance frame-by-frame which I need to do for a project. Also, without a remote, I can't switch between the analog and digital tracks on some discs. Is there a compatible remote control family that I can look for to provide these functions? (I don't need the jog/shuttle wheel, but being able to single-advance frame by frame, as well as switch audio tracks, is mandatory.)

Most Pioneer remotes work for all players (save for the DVL models--I think they use DVD player codes.)

Something like one of these would work fine for you:

Thanks for the very quick conformation! I've ordered one and will be crossing my fingers. If for some reason it doesn't work, I'll update this thread with my findings.

I just wanted to report that the CU-CLD112 remote does indeed work perfectly with my CLD-D606. Every function works, even the Power button, and even the jog/shuttle wheel. Many thanks!

Cool. Most basic LD functions are the same on anything pre-DVL but the audio switching did change fundamentally in the early 90s (changed from two buttons to one on most players) and that’s the thing that can mess you up.
