Hello I recently got a hold of Pioneer CLD-D515 unit. There is couple of connectors that I have no idea what they are. Another is 6.3mm female plug with three wires and another is 3.5mm male plug with one wire going to it. Any idea what these connections might be? Pictures. https://flickr.com/photos/64230389@N05/sets/72157699484276315Thanks.

Just did a quick search on the chip w/ the labeling of HCF4077BEY and it appears this is meant to be some kind of power amp related IC. In any case, it was a poor attempt at a mod of any kind (I would never have a set of wires exit the player in such a messy fashion and not even label what the plugs do). So at this point, I would just identify what doesn't appear to be a factory part and then have them carefully removed (including all the jumper wires). The good news; it does appear that the wires were ran out of a pre-existing opening so at least the person who did the mod didn't deface the back panel.

I´ll try to find (or build) AC3 output board and replace the current mess. Thank you all.

That’s odd..... I guess your machine is missing the AC3-RF output? I thought that all CLD-D515’s came with the jack.

Well... in case this might help, here is my recent posing of my scratch built AC3-RF board (if you haven’t seen it already). Scratch built AC3-RF board installed in my ProScan, PSLD43You can probably find the points by looking around inside for labeling or if not you’ll need the schematics for the player.

I've seen many instructions, but this well detailed.
