I agree it looks compatible with Pioneer numbering system but it's not part of the 370,046 entries in the Pioneer Parts listing (it stops at VWV-106).

However... Pioneer Parts GXX1135 for AC3RF on YAJ

November 1996, Pioneer GXX1135 that is a range of ref# reserved for Accessories, IC, Parts, etc. Pioneer kits.

I couldn't find it in the Pioneer parts lists either, that made me confused. Thanks for the info!
Is there anything like this from Sony or other manufacturers (or common "unofficial" kits)?

Documentation for this is likely in the same place as the HLD-1000 service manual. I've seen quite a few HLD-1000 players with this type output and am VERY curious how they are connected and mounted internally.

It is mounted behind the front panel, and two small holes were drilled for the screws on the two sides.
