Today I picked up a used pair of Pioneer speakers I found on Kijji here. My other speakers were needing re-foaming, and not worth the cost for them. These Pioneer are model CS-R580 made I think 1998 and are black colour. Checking they also came in a light wood colour too, which I would have preferred, but you have to take what you find sometimes. There 15" wide by 35" tall. They do have a couple rough edges on the cabinets, nothing too major, says made in the USA, and have nice sound to them. I've cleaned the cabinets, but the grills have some dirt/dust on them, and I'm wondering the best way to clean them? Looks like there just plastic with speaker cloth. (no wood) and the cloth is heat pressed to the backside of the grill and not glued. Here are pics I took of one just to see it.
