I was in need of a DVD player, not Blu-Ray, as I still have CRT TV's. My current player, a SONY RDR-GX300 DVD recorder, intermittently will not read DVD's. After checking on the internet, this particular player is prone to this problem. I checked on Craigslist, and locally, within walking distance from me, a NAD T562 DVD player was up for sale. Seller was firm at $120, and added Games of Thrones, season two into the deal. Needless to say, I decided to purchase the player. It looks brand new, and came with all accessories, except OB. I am partial to NAD, as in the past I have had various NAD gear. It looks good next to my NAD T770 receiver, and NAD PP1 phono preamp. |

Can you post some pics, I would love to see the setup? Another good manufacturer of DVD players is oppo. They also make some of the best blu-ray players out there but if you are looking for DVD only you can pick up one of their previous models for not too much. |
