Apologies if this isn't appropriate in the LDDB community however I thought I would try to look for an answer here as the Sony VAIO forums all seem to be dead.
I have a Sony PCVA-IR8U IR receiver and a Sony RM-VC10 remote that I'm trying to get to work on my Sony VAIO VG-XL100 HTPC with Win XP and no internet connectivity. I just want to move the mouse pointer around from the couch and select and play video files, mostly for p0rn.
Any ideas?
