I received from Amazon on Saturday 23rd November, and is the first CD Album that I have purchased from the artist.
I have listened to all of the album tracks before hand, so I knew that I would enjoy this however, I was impressed by the quality of the recording.....Chrystal clear throughout.

The following CD Album recently released from Hammock, of which are a US Post rock band of sorts.

I cannot recommend this artist enough, for their sheer journey experience in what they produce, and to mentions that their work goes from strength to strength is an understatement.

This is just a close up of the cover.

I was chatting to sound effects editor on my FB about headphones and was recommended Sony MDR-V6.

After looking at pictures of the V6 I seem to roughly recall http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sony_MDR-V6 from the mid to late 80's. Maybe saw them at Hi-Fi shop or someone using them?

The specs on the V6 look nice and used by some mixers.

I have finally got round to purchasing my Modified Valve Headphone Amp.
The modifications are as follows;
1) 2 x Gold replacement turn dials
2) 1 Gold Headphone jack socket
3) Superior quality Audio capacitors
4) Extra Quality power shielding.

To be honest I was amazed with the Audition before this was done.. . . . Valve sound is a genuine WOW! Factor that is an unmistakable climb in quality across the sound spectrum, Some of the harshness in the high frequencies are smoothed out and the expanded sound stage gave myself the constant smile......I am not joking here guys.

Mark at Ming - Da UK modified this himself and offers a service like no other that I have come across.
He is now offering a unique Bespoke service, and I shall look forward to my next purchase from him.

This past weekend I have been listening to various CD Albums of which here are some.

These were listened to through my Sennheiser HD 650 with Kimber Kable, there not bad, but having listened through my HD 800's for over 3 yrs now there is no going back.
I had to use these due to my Sennheiser HD 800 are currently receiving a full compliment of new parts as Sennheiser themselves admit there was a paint finish fault.
All headband and Ear pads are being replaced also......Free of charge.

Check out Moodswings, the original album came out back in the early '90's, the title is Moodfood. I think you would like it. He has a few other albums that are good as well but the original has always been my favorite.

To all those that I have never met on this site: 2100+ and counting,

I started writing and completed more than a paragraph and then lost the message......... oh well never mind.

Just to mention that I reflect on all the members here and Genuinely wonder how everyone is, weather Happy, Melancholy, Blue or worse, Please know that others consider such things...........

To each member know that with time, one and all go through many concerns and worries and tragedies....... know that here you are not alone, and so if you want to share then don't hesitate to send a P.M hey isn't that what people used to do deeply communicate (you know hand written letters.....Nothing quite as finer) talk and Deeply Listen............. Discernment is wanting where there is no sight or sound.

The above is life with each persons unique journey, we all know that at times we call out within..........

Trust this imperfect stranger when I Sincerely mention that there is so much that one could write to describe, so many important and delicate scenarios.......

To know ones humanity and others is what keeps us all together, such a rich tapestry beyond all of this worlds distractions, rhetoric ect......... to be able to keep the mind clear and simple is a mental fight worthy of gaining peace everlasting.

Sitting here this night Listening to some music with my headphones on, funny name of the 1980's and 90's Band ''Prefab Sprout'' 38 Carat collection...... High quality recording Double CD Album.
