And here we have another weird one from Grundig....a VHS machine using the "C load" mechanics of Betacam 0_0!

Wow.... that is bizarre.

I thought all VHS decks were always M-Wrap. Wonder why Grundig (or whomever made it for them) approached this deck in this manner?

......the Betacam "C-wrap" was developed for high speed tape record modes, so i dunno if it gives more stability to the VHS playback or whatever...

From what I've read, the "U-load" in Betamax and Betacam puts less stress on the tape than "M-load"
