I just picked up some new furniture for my work room, really nice cabinets and they hold my art supplies very well.
Found them from a google search and I was very happy with the transaction.

Couldn't be better.

So have you checked Google yet?

You won't get much support here if you don't do your homework first.

Your opinion thanks

I think future proofing yourself would be beneficial for later on. As far as performance goes, they will be equal. All BD players output the same over HDMI. The differences are loading speed(all recent ones are super fast anyway), streaming services(which oppo has none), upscaling of DVDs (if you care) and analog audio output (some have no analog sections)

Some may argue that some BD players offer better picture. This is simply due some players molesting the signal with their crap enhancements (such as true cinema, darbee, black enhancer etc). While some players allow you to disable these completely, some will still apply some enhancement even they are off in the menu. A good example is the Oppo BDP 93/95/103/105 will continue to apply a very mild noise reduction on the HDMI 1 output even at DNR OFF setting. This is due to the bug in the Marvel QDEO chip (which Marvel won't fix) on the HDMI 1 output. You can simply use the HDMI 2 output which bypasses this chip and have a pure output.

I was looking for further info about what Substance wrote regarding QDEO chip having a bug.
people who owns one of these players could make a better explanation

My search came up with something too.

Once unpacked I'm going to start thinning out my collection of all media for the risk is too great.

4K may be the way to go if it keeps going the way it is.
