Hello everyone.

I have a CLD-V840 that powers on just fine, but when I hit the tray open button, you can hear things trying to function, but the tray doesn't open. The display says "OPEN" then says "CLOSE" after a few moments.

I can upload a video with the bonnet off, if that would help, but any suggestions would be great on how to fix this.
