I’m afraid I can’t tell much from the picture. The first two are high contrast almost totally black and white photos so I can’t see anything but a Star Blowerupper and a logo. The bottom one shows more color noise than anything else. My hunch is that your having alignment issues and if this player used a plastic M-Holder my hunch is that one of its axles is broke (it’s a tiny little “gearbox case” that holds two gears in place. When one “axle” breaks the gears stay in place but the mech droops or the gears snag as they move causing skipping and herringbone patterns, worse on side B) This model may be based on the earlier turn mech though which I’ve ever repaired so if that’s the case ignore me. Someone who knows more will chime in, in the meanwhile it would be helpful to have better pics. I’m not sure what kind of scene to use because I can’t really see the noise here.

Oh yeah, I didn’t even notice this was a Star Wars post. Oh well, I guess it’s nice to be remembered for SOMETHING.
