I recently purchased a "new for me" Pioneer CLD-1030. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a remote for it as of yet. But it does play good, well the video on the disc i played was slightly hazy, but I believe it to be the fault of the av cord. Anyways, I bought a laserdisc player finally after years of memories of them in school.

Any pioneer laserdisc remote should work with that player, just go on ebay and you should find one for about $10-15.

I would make sure to change those cables to check your player is not out of adjustment.
