Post subject:  I am new here and just wanted to say hello .
My name is Alberto, I have been collecting LD for about 5 years now. It started with buying a couple due to liking the covers. Then I found a lot for cheap that had a player.

This has all been very fun and I am glad to have gotten into it.

My favorite disc so far has been , Batman Mask of the phantasm.
That intro music sounds just so good on laserdisc !

Yeah part of the reason I enjoy them is that big disc. It's the act of having to load them in the player, swap discs , Etc that makes it fun .

Commercially obsolete but as long as we have players to make them spin and video devices that accept analog video signals, they won't be really obsolete before a very, very long time!
