Hi everyone , I am a new member though over the years I was looking and reading this forum. I own around 250 laserdiscs and a Pioneer CLD-D925 (I had once both the CLD-D925 and a CLD-2950 that I sold it to a friend). I still watch laserdiscs on my CRT projector and although picture quality is just fair, the sound on good laserdiscs still impresses me with the dynamics, low bass and clean sound, especially AC-3 and DTS encoded titles. What's more, the covers are so beautiful, no DVD or Blu-ray can light a candle on the laserdisc covers. Strange thing is that in the past I tried twice to sell all my collection and player but thankfully didn't do it in the end. Still looking for titles though shipping costs to Greece are always high.
