gamesaddict2010 wrote: thanks thats what i was thinking but iddb rules said i had 3 days to complete This is written there to make sure people try to at least react/acknowledge but it happens that either the buyer or the seller have personal reasons (vacation, workload, etc.) that will delay response time. If unsure, post a neutral feedback saying "No communication, transaction cancelled" and I will catch it and cancel the deal manually. Worst case it stays as it is, best case seller comes back to like you can re-buy the same title and I can remove the neutral feedback. Julien

also which seller is this, should this be posted so we know not to deal with or is the issue that the seller won't sell to the UK and is in another country??? which may also be an issue??? ________________________________ the rein-o official signature:

mongge wrote: Hi, it was me. And I found out what the problem was: I did not get an eMail with the order notification. So I could not answer because i did not know that gamesaddict2010 bought the discs. I have been in contact with some time before as he asked for shipping cost and I sent him a message with the info. Then I did get a reply, but no order. I have no idea how this happened. Only today when I got the neutral feedback, I checked my orders online. And there it was. I have apologized to gamesaddict2010 and hope that this case is solved amicably. As everybody can see from my feedbacks, they are all positive. And I have regular buyers. This was really an exemption and unfortunate coincidence. mongge I'll vouch for that. Purchased The Fugitive from you Everything was

ISP are becoming a little paranoid about stand-alone mail servers that are not big names like GMail or Yahoo and quietly drop messages (Apple services emails do that, some Comcast, etc.) assuming it's SPAM without either informing the sender with an error message or the recipient with a "spam deleted". Messages just vanish in the air and no one won't ever hear about them... Problem is: I can't detect that Julien
