I've rounded out my Star Trek movie collection with the last three I was missing. Unfortunately I won't get to enjoy them the way I expected to as Spot, my movie watching companion, suddenly passed away this week from heart failure.

Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (1991)

Star Trek: Generations (1994)

Star Trek: First Contact (1996)

2010: The Year We Make Contact (1984)

Pulp Fiction (1994)

Dr. Strangelove (1964)

xtempo: my condolences :(

edit: and to particle too. i bet spot lived a good long life at least!

(and that stamper error thing looks interesting - wonder what titles it affected. and interesting that the 2080 and not 3080 was listed, too.)

Hey, the CLD-V710! That was my oldest working player, the one that burned with my sister's house.

Really nice haul! Wish I could find something like that locally here in Norway too! That Maison Ikkoku set looks really nice. Big boxes like that really stand out, and just looks awesome. :)

The last lot I bought were in fact all 6 Urusei Yatsura movies and one Ranma 1/2 disc. US releases. :) The first movie have almost a small seam split on top, and the second movie have a split on top and almost split on the back. Over all they are in excellent condition, all the other discs still have shrink wrap around them! Now I just need the second Ranma 1/2 disc and the Urusei Yatsura box set released in the US. Hope I can find that box set soon...

Arrived in the mail yesterday: Image

"Alien" and "Aliens" are the letterboxed THX versions with AC-3 soundtracks. (Trying to convince myself to get an AC-3 decoder.)

Bought "Eraser" just because of its infamy.

Visited Goodwill today and to my surprise they had a TON of LaserDiscs. I took home the four I was most interested in.

That and a few other finds made this my most successful Goodwill run in some time.
