I thought that was suppose to be private information. Then other people claimed someone else paid a lot more for it so someone said I didn't really overpay. Also this ld doesn't pop up often. Wow, I went back to my reddit post and several posts are missing. The one person who made fun of me for buying for it the price I bought it for which they shouldn't have known since I accepted a best offer and another post telling me someone paid I think around 500-600 bucks for it which is cray-cray to me. Those who pay 5 to 600 bux for a laserdisc are stupid people! They are real f*cknuts.

Let’s see…
Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves The Hunt for Red October Speed
Original cost, about $40, $35, $30 respectively, I think. Now worth $4 total, at one time these were THE discs to have, as evidenced by their being duplicates in all our collections.
When I made that video where I opened up a copy of Speed? Amazingly I was wrong when I said I didn’t own the movie. I later found that I already did so even I have two copies. UBIQUITOUS. It’s probably the best of the three, so that’s something. I’m never watching any of these stupid movies again. That Robin Hood in particular is absolutely unwatchable crap. Kevin Costner is the only person on earth luckier than Ringo Starr, I swear…
What people like now…no idea. But it ain’t these three movies. There’s a lesson there.

Why so serious ? Why bring contempt to the forum ? Why so hostile to suggested preservation of a modicum of decorum here at the LDDB Forum ? Whatever axe you need to grind, look deep, what we dislike overtly, we frequently find in ourselves. Pushback about suggesting we have some respectful manners ? Wow ? One of the cultural origins of rudimentary manners goes back to eating peacefully with others so that the threat of being killed while dining was ameliorated..... Whats the real beef here ? Why the angst ? Enlighten me please. Cheers to the membership.
