Cold Turkey (1971) should be on the list. Warners Archive did release a MOD DVD-r of the movie some time ago, but it was a non-anamorphic matted letterbox release, and the soundtrack had an annoying echo effect. (It's now out of print.) The LD was release in Academy ratio, with the original mono soundtrack.

What about The Compeat Tex Avery? Most of those cartoons are still missing on DVD/BD.

Tom and Jerry is the same. With Warner refusing to release even a volume 2 it looks like the Tom and Jerry sets on laserdisc are the only way to get 90% of the cartoons uncut.

Addition to Chapter 7:

Ghostbusters - Criterion lost rights to this and no DVD / BD (Criterion) exists. The CAV release also contains supplementary material never released on either DVD or BD editions.

That seems to be happening a lot now. Studio canal just released Scars of Dracula on blu-ray but without the Lee running commentary simply because they didn't or couldn't get the rights.
