RIP commander Koenig, Mission Impossible "Roland Hand" Martian Landau. I liked the tv show 'Mission Impossible' and the masks "Roland Hand" often wears to fool the bad guys. Fine character actor not a movie star a character actor. Martian Landu character of "Kurtzweil" to me seemed believable enough in "The X-Files Fight the Future" the way he performed paranoia looking around corners of an alleyway while Fox Mulder, listeners to what he has to say about what the goverment is up to? So many roles & just watched him again in ED WOOD as Bela Lugosi a few days ago..... a superb performance.
R.I.P.
. I couldn't agree more. I love the movie, and his performance as Bela was incredible. Martin was a tremendous actor, amazingly versatile, and hugely talented. His is another devastating loss to the film-making community, and to all lovers of cinema. Very sorry to learn of his passing. Let's remember his family in our thoughts and prayers. May he rest in peace. David
