While watching an episode of Siskel and Ebert from 1995 on Youtube, a discovered something really interesting, and I thought I share it here. I searched the forum and (apparently) there's no mention of it.
It's about a short 20 min. movie (Christopher Lloyd is in it) that is interactive and ...drumroll... uses laserdisc players!

Here is the video (starts at 9m40s):

Nice to see, seems to start around 9.40 time. I've never heard of this before but its really interesting.

Just found these links, it was hard to find the IMDB and I had to find it on wiki.

Really cool .... Christopher Lloyd .....

Miss those two movie reviewers from "back in the day" ....
Best part is that they did not always agree on "thumbs up".... Kind of an odd couple like relationship.......

Thanks for the link ...

Cheers

I remember way back as a kid, I went to a planetarium that also used some sort of an interactive voting system to determine what happened next - I remember nothing about the actual contents of it, but I do have a vague recollection that the voting symbols on the screen (dome?) were shaped like Enterprise D.

I wonder what kind of a system that one used.

Also wanted to add that I guess LD picture quality isn't that bad when blown up to a theater sized screen as some others here have griped about.

We didn't always choke down LD when it was a good thing.
