I often go to book off in the Kansai area. The prices in condition are not as good as Yahoo auction.

Hardoff at Hachioji town is the central, the biggest,there is another small one near mandarake akihabara, as expensive as the other

There are probably close to 50 stores across the Kanto plain. I spent a week hitting as many as I could a few years back, got to around 20. They all have the Shrink wrapped section.
