Will it work normally to insert a hybrid SACD in a computer and import using iTunes? I always play SACDs on my DV58AV so plays only in SACD mode and not CD.

You will only be able to reach the CD layer when importing in iTunes.
The SACD layer can't be read on a computer drive.

thanks as long as the SACD layer is untouched I won't be worried too much. I just afraid of scratches on it.

A hyrbird SACD is much like a multi-layer DVD...the layers are sandwiched between plastic, with the CD player being able to focus "through" the SACD layer to the CD player; and a SACD player being able to focus on the SACD layer.

You don't "scratch" the layers...you simply scratch the plastic. A scratch will affect *both* layers; however FEC makes sure things keep working.
