Hello !
I am very happy with my DVDO Edge, But i have some trouble to have a good moving picture.
What i mean is the picture is beautiful when there is not so much action, but when there is too much movement in the screen there is like a fog effect, like a lag, as if my movie was in 15 frame by second, of something like this.
Do you know about this effect ?

If you have a 50"+ screen, you can try minus settings to offset the ringing on the scaling of the abt chip in dvdo products.

Ghosting is usually caused by excessive 3d noise reduction.

Ah yeah I said ghost, but it is not a ringing/ghosting problem as we know usually. It like you know, when something move from one point to an other, I can keep seeing the form at the first position during 0.1second. As if the video where in 10 or 15 frame/second. Like a blur effect. Is that causing by 3d noise reduction ?

Frame conversion...60 to 50 (vice versa) : dropped frames, choppy movement
Edge enhancement : ringing, halos around objects, too sharp edges
Noise reduction : blur during motion, ghosting, image leaves trace, loss of details
Deinterlacing: jaggy diagonal lines, blur during motion(combing), loss of resolution
Scaling : same as edge enhancement, banding (none gradual shades)
Contrast enhancement : loss of grey and white detail

Pick your poison!

My Edge used to enable game mode whenever I jumped to a chapter. It butchered the image really bad from what I remember.
