I would like to capture video, for doing DVD VS LD video, or also retrogaming double lined capture etc.
I will pass by an upscaler like the DVDO Edge, then I need a HDMI capture card, which can accept until 1080p/60 video.
I have around 10.000 yens for spending in that device. My PC can accept internal video capture card.
Do you have any recomandation ? (I never bought any capture card, then I am novie in this field...)

After some research it seams that USB Capture Box have better review than internal card...
For exemple "Elgato Game Capture HD" Box has better review on Amazon than The internal card

https://www.amazon.com/Elgato-superior-technology-hardware-encoding/dp/B014MQIVPS/ref=lp_2529359011_1_8?srs=2529359011&ie=UTF8&qid=1514523134&sr=8-8#HLCXComparisonWidget_feature_div

Is it possible ?

If you don't mind H.264 compression, the Elgato is fine. Please notice though that it doesn't support 23.976p or 24p. And that the Elgato Game Capture HD, with analog inputs, doesn't accept 1080/60p. Highest standard is 1080/30p and 1080/60i. The Elgato Game Capture HD60 accepts 1080/60p.

Thank you for your advice !
I finally choose the AVERMEDIA C988.
I prefer a real graphic board than a USB box. After waching some review, it seems to be a great card, which accepts 1080/60p.
I will start to learn encoding, and video cutting.
I will post my results later !

For editing and encoding, DaVinci Resolve 14 is very useful. There's a free version of it that has pretty much everything you'd ever need. Also it provides some rather fantastic tools for color correction and grading which you may use if your player outputs an unstable picture color wise. Let me know if you need any help.
