I have been using these on all my older Pioneer gear for over 10 years. They are very reliable. I put the IR repeater on the left side of the plastic display and it seemed to work perfect. So problem solved and I don't have to rewire the setup which is nice. BTW- How are you doing? I see you moved to CA and got away from the New England weather!

I moved to southern LA about 3 years ago. I really like the weather here. I'm also doing well, thank you. So far the fall has been very mild but it's definitely cooling down. I'm sure the weather in Southern CA is an absolute joy, especially when the alternative here in New England is shoveling snow! Happy to hear things are going well, best wishes.
