It's possible to tick the 'add to collection' box when submitting an update for an existing release, but how about that option when submitting a newly discovered release? As it is when I submit a title I have to keep checking to see if they have been approved yet so that I can go ahead and add them to my collection.

It makes sense for the update because the title already exists in the database.

However, for new submissions, if the submits ends up being merged or deleted because the title already exists... The Admin has to decide if the collection addition makes sense or not. Better let the user decide when a title should be added instead.
