Post subject:  Element does not exist in DOM!

I am getting this error when I enter lddb.com and on a lot of the submenus:

Element does not exist in DOM!

Is it my browser (Firefox) or is there an error in the html code?

I'm using Firefox (v41.0.1, Win 7) all the time and I don't get an error message.

Can you check the debugging console or flush your cache?

I am running Firefox 3.6.24 (Fedora 14).

Here is one of the errors in the error console:

Warning: Unknown property 'box-sizing'. Declaration dropped.

Line: 0

There is another error:

Warning: Error in parsing value for 'filter'. Declaration dropped.
Source File: admin @ Element does not exist in DOM!

Does this help?

Wow, this is REALLY old:

http://website-archive.mozilla.org/www.mozilla.org/firefox_releasenotes/en-US/firefox/3.6.24/releasenotes/

In my stats for October:

Quote:
Firefox 3.6.24 - hits = 14 - 0 % of hits

Browsers have evolved quite a bit and running such an old browser makes you exposed to countless security flaws discovered and fixed since.

I would warmly recommend upgrading to v41 here.

Currently the most popular are:

  • Firefox (mostly 41 and 40) = 28.5%
  • Chrome (45.0.x) = 26.6%
  • Safari (6, 7, 8 and 9) = 18.8%
  • Others (PDA, Android, iOS, etc.) = 14.8%
  • Internet Explorer (8, 9 and 10) = 3%
  • Opera (9.80) = 0.4%

Post subject:  Re: Element does not exist in DOM!  Topic is solved

Well, there is a problem. V41 is for Fedora 17 to 22. I am running Fedora 14. I can upgrade to Fedora 16 with no problem. When I try to go to Fedora 18, I get an error that my monitor can not display on its VGA input. I would need to change the video card which I have not done yet. I will have to do some upgrades in order to eliminate the error I am getting.

Thanks for your input.
