Hi!
I'm based in australia and I "obtained" my dad's old Pioneer Video Disc player - model LD1100 which I am wanting to hook up to our new LG 4K TV. My main motivation is to relive childhood memories and see if all the old laser discs still play well. I found this forum as I am trying to find out how I can connect the LD to the TV without spending huge amount of money.

I somehow have to convert a BNC and audio out connections to HDMI.

Are there any guides or can anyone point the way on how to do this?

Thank you!!

Doesn't the TV have any other type of connections?

You can probably use the component connection then. The yellow socket usually doubles as a composite input when used alone, so all you need is a BNC->RCA adapter plug.

My new Sony not only combines the composite into the component inputs but it combines the components into a single TRS 1/8” mini jack so you need the included pigtail adaptor to plug anything SD into the display.
