I bought one LD from a seller and bid on a different LD from the same seller. He canceled to the one I was bidding on but I did get the one I bought. don't remember much though it seemed like a few years ago. |

that would be pretty cool with the perfect size for artwork it would be a blast. I always was thinking they should do something like a mix of a book and jacket with the obvious bigger size that would be kinda cool |

I'm slightly ticked off on some of the jackets and condiont the box or whatever holds the disc in when its shelf ware or whatever ware but that doesn't last too long. what lasts longer is the disc being cracked or warped or something |

I dislike those "snappers" where you snap shut the black bar. I like the BD cases now more over DVD cases..but it depends on the packaging some of the boxsets can be really cool and nice or a pain in the butt nice or ugly. |

Has anyone experienced bidding and automatically gotten it because no one else bid? I got a few LDs that way and buy it now is better but I hate the snipping like everyone else does. It makes it less fun and more frustrating to use ebay. |

I did and it seems fine though I do have problems with remote so probably can't tweak as much as I like. I think the Pioneer VSK 1019HK would be pass through and not upconvert the signal or am I wrong on that? I'll have to check the manual again |

Does anyone feel like anime or tv shows have better reasons to be purchased on DVD as opposed to LD? When I first started anime I strictly went DVD since VHS was a rip off because of not having as many episodes for almost the same price. I only did VHS mainly after a fire sale at Rightstuf.com and a... |

I had Casablanca that didn't work. it was like there was no movie after a certain point. The BD was a nice welcomed sight to see Casablanca again:) now having the HD-D3 it seems take longer than my PS3 to boot up and play movies though I've not actually time them. |

maybe because its unique in this day and age with BDs almost being the norm for movies and everything has been mentioned before so there is probably not much to add. |

I do have it so I can use it to some degree but when I press the function on the remote like eject it won't eject so I have to push the button on the player. I did that and it didn't work only the CLD-79 would work as the model number though I do have limited capabilities with a D-VHS VCR and a Pioneer receiver which I think could be the remote though the IR receiver could be messed up though too I don't know. |
