It happened again last month, but this time I have the direct application process to get removed manually.

Only took 6 days to get out of the RBL.

That we know of, they had one track included in a Karaoke disc: The System - Don't disturb this groove

=> 3M Promotional Music Videos - Videobox Networks Inc: Disc 113 (1987) [VB 113]

Hello!

Initially attributed to Hong Kong because of the original Mandarin/Cantonese covers with only English subtitles, I modified all the entries to USA instead based on recent explanations from yukabacera .

World Video & Supply (USA/Canada distribution)

I hope everybody agrees with that?

Processed, after a few more bugs fixed:

Actually I updated your update :-)

CLD-D925 has a 3-line 2D adaptive comb filter, not a 3-line comb filter.

Besides, I had a some hope a long time ago that all the Karaoke titles could join the Artist list (based only on the disc title).

https://www.lddb.com/artists.php

That is why I have enforced the "Track List" for music discs and "Chapter/Episode List" for non-music material.

But it would still require major updates on many titles to make it 100% compatible and useful.

If that worked... "The System" would have showed up in the Ts.

Not even dubbing, I think they leveraged the Chinese/English subtitles used in HK to have them pressed and distributed as-is in North America.

Some covers were updated, others just had a sticker added.

This thread will soon be locked.

I will stop updating the topic first post now that all the information are being moved to the Hardware Database.

The new URL will be => https://www.lddb.com/hardware/part/ac3rf/

Any update/submit of a device with an AC3RF Input (RCA or BNC) will automatically add the device to the list.

Rather than use PayPal, can we donate crypto to the site maintenance fees?

Yes, my Bitcoin account has been listed since... 2014?

https://www.lddb.com/donate.php

BTC = 15iSqkRaWRudv7ZoMHBH1itioCbU933nDy

Also, can sellers accept cryptocurrencies as payment too?

It's entirely up to the buyer and seller to agree on a payment method.
But BTC has no recourse in case of foul play...

It looks like a Karaoke disc, similar to TOEI Karaoke Video Disc: vol.E7 (1985) [TE-W307].

Yes, all inquiries for recent gears go to Pioneer but everything "vintage" (as in 10+ years) goes to Onkyo with very limited support.

Oh well... even 10+ years Onkyo/Integra goes to ... we don't support that type of hardware anymore .

Home Theater is kind of dead now.
People go mostly streaming + sound bar.

This is the MP3 age of video.

Fear not... log4j is not used by any app on LDDb server.

No impact for us.

I noticed that Japan Post has set up a guide on their site recently (!), on how to properly prepare the EAD when sending goods to Ireland. (and not the UE, Ireland alone.) This is unprecedented, I believe. What a mess.
Marco

I did receive the warning for Ireland, that most recent shipment without HS Codes would be rejected.

This is what I've been using so far. Never had a problem/comment/return because of these:

8523492 Laserdisc
8523414 CD
8523491 DVD
852410 LP Record

If someone has also made this analysis, I'd be happy to be get double-checked.

Just need to be clearer on the main page otherwise these new members will be lost in the woods yet again.
They barely have a grasp on how to use yellow video cables since there is no HDMI on Laserdisc players.

Oh, OK. Updated the descriptions to:

Can expand CX-encoded analog soundtracks
This player can play Digital Audio soundtracks (DTS requires a digital output)

Chapters/Time/Frame # are encoded in the VBI, so it's definitely included in one of these 24 bits of data.
Also where CC is encoded.

No TOC required.

Wow, that's a Korean player.

Could only find 2 (bad) photos on it online. Hard to tell on which player (likely Pioneer) it's based on.

 Post subject: Re: CDV-Single players

To make things a little easier to browse/check, I tried to convert all the good information from this thread as follows:

Yamaha CDV-S100
Sony CDP-301V
Pioneer PD-707V
Philips CDV 185
Yamaha CDV-M777
Sharp QT-93CV

+ bonus: the hybrid DA-1/CD Player Pioneer PD-X707L and the optional CD/CDV unit from the sharp audio system Sharp CD-V900-BK

And now I'm stuck because initially the DAC field was under the LD section, but the DAC might as well be for CD/CDV only.
Might have to make it global or under the AUDIO OUT section? Moved it to the AUDIO OUT section.

Well,

Urusei Yatsura: Perfect TV Collection [KACL-001~050] has more sides (99) but runs 5,100 minutes/85 hours.
But Tetsuwan Atom Astroboy: Limited Deluxe Edition (1963) [SF220-1700] has less sides (93) but runs 5,580 minutes/93 hours.

These are all the sets above 900 minutes/15 hours:
