I don't think this is from 2001 or that it was meant for executives - it has a space for a retail store to add their branding on the back of the folding envelope. The LaserDisc Executive logo was probably some kind of marketing thing. The date on the back of the sleeve inside looks like ８２年６月現在 which would seem to fit the "200 titles" mention and the early releases featured.
I remember I saw the one without the envelope or the marks on the disc online a while ago. |
