Doesn’t it say on the package somewhere? It seems like it would.
I can’t say for sure but my assumption is that it’s a new mix. They would have re-done everything to make the 5.1 so they probably dowmixed it into a new Dolby Stereo version as well. |

Now I have to re-watch this again on both the PCM and AC3 tracks just to get a feel for the atmospheric differences. |
