This looks like a wonderful place! I was very active in a laserdisc forum in the mid to late 90's as I recall. Was this it? I remember when DVD's were coming on the scene and we were all bemoaning the fact that the LD's days were numbered. And the arguments we had about 1:33 vs letterbox, which was better. Then my LD player bit the dust and DVD-R's were making a clunky splash, so I borrowed a machine from a friend and transferred my important discs to DVD-R (remember DVD+R?), sold a few and shelved the rest. Being in L.A. I bought most of my discs at Laser Blazer (HI GUYS!!!), it's nice to see them here.
I've since changed my hobby to audio only, I'm an audiophile and have gone down the vinyl rabbit hole. So now I've decided to let go of the rest of my LD's to people who will actually watch or collect them. I just opened my store 10 min. ago. There are some real gems there.
