Anyone know the code for laser discs? The government site has pages of classifications, but none specific to video media. It appears that PayPal shipping now requires the Harmonization Code for all products shipped abroad. First it was eBay messing around with its printed labels, leaving many of us out in the cold. I can't ship to Germany because it requires special licensing. Now its PayPal changing the rules without notice. Why don't these commercial companies do something to help us customers navigate these changes they insist we adopt? |
