Sorry to read of your bad experience with your order Friend, as that couldn't have been pleasant at all.

All I can write about Da-Dons is that I have purchased about 6 movies from this seller, and each time I received a perfect service with great comms, and superb packaging indeed.

About a third of all of my collection has been purchased from sellers over seas and around the world, and to be honest I have never had a bad experience.

The only bad experience I had was from a seller in the UK.........And that was really nasty indeed, of which I wasn't at fault at all.
To this day I didn't receive the correct mobile phone battery, and never got my approx £15 back.

Again from personal experience I will never purchase a product from a seller who's feedback ratings are below 100 to 99%, and would vear towards the Gold trophy stamp.

I genuinely hope you have better experiences in the future.

Update:
As for this situation the buyer provided an e-mail address that was bad.
Therefore, when the UK Postal Service e-mailed a notice to pickup it was
returned. So the client never received notice and the package was returned.
Regardless, we provided a full 100 percent refund including postage.

International Buyers:
The lesson to be learned for International buyers is that it is important to
have all contact information correct and current including e-mail address. It is
a plus to have a valid phone number. This information is printed on the Customs
forms and facilitates contact with your Postal Service.
