No matter value, shipping and full refund (including shipping cost) is in order if the person stands by their product and customer service. Getting unreadable media for home viewing and not contacting / refunding directly is a poor business standard and has no place in cyber transactions. Highly recommend that dealers attempt to preview both sides of titles before shipping "just to have some idea" if playback is nominal. Especially for older releases before tech improvements came about. The step to preview titles before shipping has saved me a good deal of refunds and bad feedback just for being attentive to details. Continue to attempt contact and request that the dealer either provide another copy free of charge if you will have it, or be provided a 100% refund with return postage included if the title is requested to be returned. Right is right, hold the dealer accountable .... Let us know how it plays out if you care to .... Cheers, J |
