Post subject:  disappearing buyer?

Hi,
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I got an order for a LD I'm selling last Thursday and I sent the buyer an email asking for his PayPal email address so I could send him an invoice. I got nothing back and today when I checked LDDB, there was no order there any more, no notice of cancellation, it's as if it never happened. Am I looking in the wrong place? Is this a glitch, or is this the way this site works? I find navigating this site a challenge, but I'm glad there's a place to go where laserdiscs still live.

Hello,

I can see your order "pending invoice" in the system.

Are you looking in the "My Account -> Buying orders" section when you should be checking the "Shops -> Selling orders"?

Yeah, if you don't sell all the time its confusing to say the least.

You need to click on selling to get the seller info or buyer to get the buyer info, even feedback.
Its not an all in one like ebay. Once you remember its a little easier.

Thanks for getting back to me. I did check the "Shops > Selling orders" and only an old order from March showed up. When I checked just now the new one was there, AND it said I had sent an invoice. But I never did send an invoice because I never heard back from the buyer when I asked for his PayPal email address to send one!
I figured it was some kind of scam or glitch so I forgot about it. When I checked in just now, I see I've gotten three emails from him wanting a tracking order and wondering why he hasn't received the disc and finally cancelling the order. What on earth is happening?
