Stumbled upon these cartridges for a baseball game that uses a Laserdisc in conjunction with the cartridge. I'm assuming this is similar perhaps to the MSX system or stuff like Firebird and Dragon's Lair etc?

Can't find the discs but found the cartridges (they look like different builds of the same game?) anyway. It looks MSX-based in my opinion (the little hole on the side of the cartridges being the giveaway):

Actually "野球拳" means "Rock paper scissor" and it was a Japanese "adult" arcade game were you played Rock paper scissor against women - obviously the loser would have to undress (Not sure the player had to do that in an actual arcade, but the women on screen did).

afaik the arcade machines internally used hardware that was based on msx - but not sure if you can use the module in a "normal" msx system. The Laserdisc "bridge" thingy was called "palcom" and they also had some laserdisc games for the home msx system combined with a "palcom" (Around a dozen games existed), but I'm really not sure if the hardware in the arcade machine is exactly the same as in the home systems.

Obviously each disc was bundled with one of these modules, so if you wanted to change the game in your arcade cabinet you'd need to exchange the disc in the laserdisc player and the module on the "msx alike" system.
