Just found one for sale here on "Leboncoin". This one is called a V75 "Dolby" and it's retail cost was the equivalent of around 2 000 today's €. Attachment:

There even is a scan of an article on it from "Les années Laser". With what I read from the article, it sounds like the "midi" name is used more like it rather just means "HiFi" than anything else really. Still a pretty unique thing in the LD world for sure.
