Just picked up my first player - an SJT-300 complete in box, looking almost new. Excited for it to arrive this Friday. I've been reading here and over at CED Magic all week.

I've been collecting Laserdiscs, Betamax, VCDs, and Video8 tapes and equipment only for the last year but I'm totally in love with the hobby.

Too much time watching the oddity archive, technology connections, and databits, among others, have led to this point. Def splurged on the player during some buzzed ebaying - but no regrets! Also included was the RCA Videodisc Preview CED, a rarer disc it looks like.

Would you be interested in a TON of CED? I have nothing but broken players and lots of discs. (Laser is my thing.)

I hope you enjoy it. I tried it and didn't though I love VHD more so kept that. Only disc I kept was Dark Crystal for my collection.
