I have an HD DVD player (Toshiba A2) that can play PAL discs . My Samsung tv can only play NTSC. There is no way to change this. I know that a standard multiregion dvd player converts the signal before it "hits" the tv. The Toshiba can not do this. Without buying a stand alone converter, if there any way I can convert the signal to NTSC using a separate HDMI capable dvd player? My purpose is to simply watch PAL discs upscaled through the hd dvd player. Thanks. |
