The very first laserdisc I ever watched was about half of Space Archive #1: Space Shuttle Mission Reports (1983) [SA01]. I loaded this disc as a quick test of my player. My time that night was limited as I had plans with a friend. My player had been purchased nearly a month before, and I had yet to watch anything because it didn't work upon arrival. I believe it was the next day when I watched Judge Dredd (1995) [5261 AS] with my evening meal. It was the second disc I ever loaded, and this one I watched in its entirety. It was a sealed disc. Ah nostalgia.

The 1st demo of an L.D. that I seen, was last year was "Escape from L.A." (French dubbed) on a Pioneer C.L.D-1200. My 1st home, this year was French subtitled (not dubbed!) disc of "The Rocky horror picture show" on my "Telefunken" V.D.P. 500 ("Pioneer" C.L.D.-1600 clone).

First time I watched a LD was around 92-93 something... Didn't know much back then and it wasn't very common in Sweden that ppl had a player. Only knew one person... (don't remember the movie either) The first movie I watched after I started collecting myself was tombstone

I was 17 and borrowed a player from my friend's dad to watch my eBay pickups of the theatrical cut of Blade Runner and the Aliens Special Edition. There was a copy of "The Story of O" left in the player. It took a long time to get around to Blade Runner.

Hmm, the first laserdisc I ever watched... Can't really remember it well. I do remember my first player were a Pioneer CLD-1750. It broke within two weeks after I got it. So didn't get much laserdisc enjoyment. The very first laserdisc I added to my collection on this website were Friday the 13th (1980) [PEL 61172]. The very first I actually watched I'm not too sure about. It was either Stargate (1994) [LD60190-WS] or Predator (1987) [1515-85].
