Discovered those, when I bought them off of Ebay. Plus I bought this one, below:

Surf Hits: vol.1 Jungle Jet Set [PCLP-00156]

Not much Information in the Database. The copy I bought has an Obi. I'll Update when I get them...

Well, I just got them. The back of the obi's on Shock Wave and Surf Hits are blank. The back of Indoo-Express-Surfing obi lists 3 Surf titles. Just Surfing and Gone Surfin', those are on the list. Third one is new to the list:

And it's Indo not Indoo. From the front and back covers:
